Cranmore Mountain Resort is pleased to announce that with the success of sales of Phase I (18 units) of the Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore, and having a majority of the units in Phase I sold, Cranmore will begin accepting non-binding reservations for Phase II of their Master Development Plan beginning Saturday, January 26th.
Phase II of Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore will connect to the existing Building which was completed in fall of 2017. The Phase II will consist of 19 units, all conveniently located at the base of Cranmore’s South Slope for easy ski-in, ski-out access and proximity to spring, summer and fall activities and attractions. “We have truly enjoyed welcoming families to slope-side living at Cranmore,” commented Cranmore President & GM Ben Wilcox. “Our current residents have been thrilled with the experience and we look forward to introducing another 19 units with the new phase.” Residences in the second phase will include two- and three-bedroom units and range from approximately 1,249 to 2,082 square feet for the top floor penthouse unit. Non-binding reservations for Phase II residences will be accepted starting Saturday, January 26th, with open houses daily from 11am to 4pm in the model unit #1301 located in Kearsarge Brook’s existing building. Non-binding reservations will be accepted with a $5,000 refundable deposit. Since the Phase II units have not yet been registered by the New Hampshire Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau of the Attorney General’s Office, Department of Justice, only non-binding reservation agreements may be accepted until such time as registration has been issued. Construction of the second building is projected to begin as early as spring of 2019. Based on this schedule, the 19 new units would be ready for move-in prior to the 2020-21 ski season. Phase II will be the second of what will eventually be six new base area buildings at the base of Cranmore Mountain. Phases III, IV, V and VI will consist of both residential and day-ski facilities. New buildings will eventually replace all of Cranmore’s existing facilities, with the exception of the Cranmore Ticket Office building and the historic summit Meister Hut. New ski facilities will include a restaurant, cafeteria, seating, locker rooms, restrooms, changing areas, rental shop, ski retail shop, snow sports instruction registration and other skier service areas. Two-, three- and four-bedroom condominium units will be built on the second and third floors of the final four phases. The Cranmore Master Development Plan is a continuation of resort improvements that started in 2010. In June 2010, Brian and Tyler Fairbank and Joe O’Donnell purchased the resort and, since that date, have invested $10 million in resort improvements. In addition to ski area upgrades, Cranmore also recently completed a new year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub facility near Building One of the Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore. Cranmore will continue to work with Badger Real Estate Agency as the official listing agent of Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore. Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore’s on-site Real Estate Sales Office is open daily throughout the winter and is located next to Cranmore’s main Ticket Office.
